DESCRIPTION:The Association of Communication Scholars & Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN) has been invited as a stakeholder in the Communication Sector\, to make a presentation at the National Conference on the Review of Mass Communication Training Curricula in Nigerian Universities. \nThe event holds from September 8 – 9\, 2017 at Bayero University\, Kano. \nIt is coordinated by ACSPN Deputy President\, Prof Umaru Pate\, and organized by the Faculty of Communication\, Bayero University\, Kano – where he is Dean\, in collaboration with UNESCO and the National Universities Commission (NUC). \nACSPN’s contribution would be a follow-up to the ACSPN collaboration with UNESCO\, National Broadcasting Commission (NBC)\, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)\, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and Nigerian Press Council (NPC)\, at the Journalism and Communication Course Review and Development Workshop in Nigerian Universities\, held at the University of Lagos Guest House on November 26 and 27\, 2015.
